BLACK SESAME SEEDS

Eating black sesame seeds can help to reverse premature growth of gray hair. I add 1 tablespoon/day of black sesame seeds powder in my food and beverages: in my oatmilk, oats, porridge, salads, juices, or just eat it on its own. It has a flavorful nutty taste.

OTHER HEALTH BENEFITS:
It is rich in calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, various other beneficial minerals and some essential oils. It especially:
- Protects the kidneys
- Strengthens bone and teeth density
- Helps in blood formation
- Provides relief for rheumatoid arthritis
- Supports respiratory health
- Lowers LDL cholesterol
and many more !!

In order for it to be effective, the black sesame seeds have to be very lightly roasted at very low temperature and ground into powder form for better absorption. Your hair will regrow back to its original color (not necessarily black!)
